Yes, we have 24-hour emergency maintenance.

They are done in the order of priority, determined first by emergencies then chronologically.
No, but you can request to not have anyone come if you're not home. If you have a pet they must be put away first.
Call the standby number if the office is closed. Otherwise go to the office. Be prepared to show ID.
Nail/screw holes are allowed but nothing bigger than a dime. Painting the walls is not allowed.
Swimming pool, in-unit laundry, open parking, covered carports, 24-hour maintenance, on-site manager, community building, internet ready, cable ready, and the gas for heating, cooking and hot water is included
Yes, we have free lot parking as well as reserved carports for lease.

Screening can take up to 48 hours to be returned by our 3rd party screening service, but all the paperwork for an individual application can be done in a couple hours.

Guests may visit but they must abide by the same rules we ask of any resident. If you are in a non-pet friendly building you may not pet-sit.
Yes, typically those reductions will be built in to the rent when signing a longer term lease. There's no reduction for paying a year in advance.
We have a Cancellation Premium that you can pay at the time you give your move-out notice. The cost of the Cancellation Premium will vary from unit to unit.
Yes, this community offers reduced rental rates for long-term residents, seniors, military and emergency service personnel. Eligible residents receive a 3% rent discount during a lease term. It's referred to as the Appreciation Program.
